A beautiful day on the Hawkesbury River on board the Riverboat Postman, celebrating Christmas together and the end of a great year. Robert spoilt us with a Portuguese tart tower, what a treat!! Thank you Rob! A great day was had by all!

Many of the chaplains and volunteers went to Mount Schoenstatt Retreat Centre. Mt Schoenstatt means ‘beautiful place’ and we can certainly testify to the truth of that. We needed to take quality time to draw aside, rest and be renewed. We made some little wooden houses to take back home and remind us of this time and what God had spoken to us personally. Each house was unique and held a precious story for each one who made them.

A fundraiser was held for the Association at the Italian Festa in Leichhardt. A few Chaplains volunteered to be present on the day to sell items on the stall and sell raffle tickets.. We also had a PLP client come "to give back" and assist us for the day as a volunteer. It was a lovely sunny day and we managed to raise some much needed funds.
